I have used this design for over 20 years and have used it on blasters ranging from a small 20 lb hobby size pressure pot all the way up to my 400 lb industrial sand blaster I have ran one of these nozzles over by accident with my one ton truck loaded with sand and it suffered no damage. It has 1/2 inch pipe threads that will screw right on most factory blasters without the need of a reducer bushing.

I still use it to this day. The larger nozzles are readily available and can usually even be found on.

This is not a cheap nozzle made from brass fittings like some nozzles sold on, it is made of steel and will wear much longer than the soft brass assemblies. The larger nozzles far outlast the small nozzles that are used in the factory holder.
