The compressor has maintenance records. Plumbing systems compressor - the compressor is mounted over axles perpendicular to length of trailer for preferential weight distribution.

When in the trailer 7gpm electric pump supplies water to blaster for filling and has a direct air connection compressor with an isolation ball valve on both inlet outlet. This way both water and air can be delivered up to 75ft from the trailer out passenger side.

The exhaust has been modified to allow piping pass through deck and out behind rear drivers side wheel. The water hose has a high capacity firefighter nozzle for wash downs or volume filling of buckets blaster loading. The electric jack has a leveling bubble to determine when trailer is level.

It is strapped down with comfort grip straps for safety and ease of use. The pump senses and maintains outlet pressure - so it will shut itself off if there is no water demand from hose that not draw down battery compressor running even you leave on.

The blaster is ratcheted down in place on rear left side allowing for direct reloading from pallet of media placed right. The main dc system also provides power for electric tongue jack which can be locally switch operated with a light too or remotely wireless controller fob. It is oriented for optimal use and loading, as well blast hose stowage on the pull handle, not shown that way in picture.

It has a 6 inch cap in the top for filling. Though very simple, the design is perfect for task.

The passenger side opening also has control panel for air compressor and valves to where is supplied. I finally took the plunge and put whole thing together. Once a load is sensed it will speed back up to supply power at 120v. The control panel has been removed and mounted to passenger side for easy.

That power is then sent to the breaker box and distributed trailer loads. 5ft enclosed trailer, 10,000lbs. Reels - there are 4 on board, all spring return. The integral system provides power to all turn signals, running lights, and also one loading spotlight that illuminates area where a pallet of media would be loaded inside trailer - currently in picture jack buckets reside space compressor is mounted on an aluminum allows moved by if needed hood fully lift up for access machines components.
