Max rpm is 12,000 at 90 psi. High performance, superior ergonomics designed with the operator in mind, 3m elite series random orbital sanders are loaded with ergonomic features that decrease work strain and improve productivity.

It requires an air compressor that will provide a clean lubricated air supply with an airflow rate of 17 standard cubic feet per minute s cfm , or 481 liters per minute LPN, and 90 pounds per square inch psi at the tool.

Durable composite cover extends to the base to absorb vibration and keeps tools in service by preventing cracked housings. Recommended is an approved 3/8 inch 10mm airline at the minimum length required for the application, with a maximum length of 25 feet 8 m. The box includes one 6 3m stilt low profile disc pad recommended for flat sanding operations, for use with 6 stilt discs sold separately. 3m stilt disc pad included for optimal performance elite 3m sanders perform best when paired with 3m disc pads and abrasives.
