There is a piece of black electric tape on the power cord see photo otherwise looks good. The sanding disc are attached with Velcro backing pad.

The sander is used and shows some wear but runs well. The original carry case is in very good condition. Also included are several sanding disc. I tested the machine and also checked variable speed control for proper operation they worked well.
